Sparring Day February 2025

Our first sparring day of the year, many great fighters showed up and managed to put their skills to the test. We ended the session without cooldown exercises and some advice from our coaches.
Hot & Steamy Run II
December 8, 2024
The second edition of the Hot & Steamy Run saw RSBV collaborate with Roffa Runs for a 5km run around Kralingse Plas Lake. Participants also enjoyed a cold plunge in the lake, followed by hot chocolate to warm up.
National Student Championship (NSK)

RSBV proudly participated in the National Student Championship (NSK) for Boxing and Kickboxing, hosted by ESKBV IMPACT. This prestigious weekend event brought student fighters from across the country to compete in their respective weight classes and skill levels, vying for the title of National Champion.
Concordia Drinks

RSBV hosted a fun-filled evening at Eetcafé Concordia. Highlights of the night included free darts, affordable pool games, and beer pong on request. Members also enjoyed their first drink on the house.
RSBV Goes Bouldering

Members explored their climbing skills at Monk Boulder Gym. The session was open to all levels and featured discounted access for participants with an Erasmus Sport pass.
Pool Tournament

Members gathered at Delfshaven Pool Cafe for a fun pool tournament. Teams competed against each other for a prize, with the event including a free drink for all participants.
Boxing Night

RSBV members gathered at Clubgebouw Van ‘T Hof to cheer on Jestin, one of our own, during an exciting boxing event between Van 'T Hof Rotterdam and ST Paul’s Boxing Academy from the UK. The evening ended with drinks and socializing after the matches.
